This diet is for rapid weight loss and should only apply 3
days a week. Avoid sugar, salt, pasta and other foods that are harmful and full
of calories, potato chips, fried foods, fatty meat and soda.
§ First day
Breakfast: Two hard-boiled eggs, 2 tomatoes and a cup of
unsweetened green tea.
Lunch: Two egg whites, 120 grams of boiled or baked fish
and a glass of green tea.
Snack: An apple
Dinner: Steamed vegetable (broccoli, cauliflower, carrots,

skin and a glass of green tea.

and a cup of low-fat milk.
§ Third day
Breakfast: Two hard boiled eggs and a glass of tomato juice
Lunch: Two egg whites, 120 grams of cooked red meat and a
cup of green tea.
Dinner: Two baked potatoes, green salad and a glass of green
tea.
