If you stop consuming all foods rich in sugar, sweet fruits (mostly juice), snacks, starched vegetables and half of carbohydrates, especially rice and grains, and then exercise with some lighter weights for thirty minutes each day , Burn fat for energy and build new protein muscles for the next twelve to forty-eight hours after training. STEP 1: STOP THE CONSUMPTION OF ALL SUGARS

1 .No more vegetables with starch.
2 .You should not consume fruit juices at all. Eat only fruits that do not contain much sugar, such as apples.
