Period cycle or menstrual cycle is a part of the healthy life cycle of a woman. But did you know, a period cycle may indicate more than simply that you are not pregnant? Look at these signals sent to you by your periods and who knows you can fight something dangerous before it becomes serious.

Skip the cycle of the period is equivalent to unhappy Hypoalamus

If you skip your periods once too often, it could be a sign that there is a delay in ovulation. This means that the hypothalamus that regulates the ovaries and directs them to do what they do, is affected in doing their job. You see the hypothalamus in the brain is very sensitive to any changes in the body. This includes lack of sleep, stress, hormonal fluctuation, extreme exercise, and temperature, as well as drug abuse. So, if you find yourself skipping two periods for no apparent reason, talk to a gynecologist. She will help you find the reason that causes your health to go off track.

Are you afraid of those days of the month you start with your menstrual cycle? You suffer from cramps in the period that are so painful, that you do not leave your bed all the time. These horrible cramps should not be taken lightly. They could indicate endometriosis, where the endometrial lining grows outside the uterus. This could become the cause of infertility in many women. However, do not panic. This is a treatable condition if you talk to your gynecologist right away and find a solution to make the periods more bearable and maintain your fertility.

The cycle of the period indicates changes within the body

You bleed when you do not have to bleed even after doing

Now, I know you're confused. All I want to say is that ladies who experience bleeding other than their usual cycle should show concern. You may have to run for tampons even before your time for Aunt Flow to knock on your door. Or continue bleeding even after you have finished with your usual period cycle. In some cases, it could be harmless bleeding, but for some, it may be a case of polyps, fibroids or an infection in the uterus or cervix. Talk to your gynecologist and cry your heart over your bleeding problems.
Heavy or Light, Here I come ...

Not sure if you will experience a light period or a heavy period in your next cycle. One month you use more than one packet of napkins and the other you barely use a few. This is not a good sign and indicates problems with your thyroid. The thyroid gland regulates the hormones in your body. If you experience dry skin and hair, sudden or unexpected weight gain or weight loss or anything unusual happening to your body, it could be a sign of thyroid hormones gone tizzy. Visit a gynecologist and discuss your problems. A few simple tests will put all worries and hormones crazy to rest.

Have you detected a creamy white discharge from your breasts? Do you find that your menstrual cycle is getting irregular or have you started missing your periods? Get an appointment with a doctor right away, as this could be a sign of a tumor. If all of your problems are associated with regular headaches,
apituitary gland tumor could be suspect of the cause behind it. It is best to discuss this with your doctor in case of emergency, before pressing the panic button.

It is very important to listen to what your body tells you. This can help you know that something is seriously wrong with your current health status. Look at these subtle signs given by your period cycle and cope with your health problems on.
